Organizational culture

1.Think of a time when you observe negative behavior by one of your colleagues at work or a fellow student in a team project. What should a manager or project team leader have done to correct this behavior
2. Discuss the notion of organizational culture as applied to a given human service organization. What kinds of factors should be considered in an analysis of the organization’s structure and functioning and of its general atmosphere as experienced by workers and its clients. What kinds of questions would be asked if the staff in such an organization if you were to assess the overall organizational climate.
