Topic: What is the most important Attribute of an Army Noncommissioned Officer. There are three attributes: Character, Presence, and Intellect.

Reference: ADP 6-22 (Army Leadership and the Profession).

Persuasive Essay. Using American Psychological Association (APA) style of writings students will write a convincing, well developed and well organized persuasive essay that analyzes, documents and responds to various sources on a given topic. Students will develop an ability to write about problems from historical, philosophical, theoretical, and/or cross-cultural and interdisciplinary perspectives.

1. Essay will be in accordance with APA format.

2. The essay will consist of a title page, abstract, body, conclusion, and three outside references. The essay should be three to five pages in length. The title and reference pages will not count towards the total length.

3. Grading of content will be based on punctuation, grammar, and correct APA formatting.
