Argumentative Essay (Toulmin structure)

Hey, I mad a 36 on this assignment and I’m allowed to resubmit the paper for a new grade. I included the instructions, rubric and my copy of the essay. My professors feedback was “I am glad that you turned in an essay, but this is not acceptable.  It is formatted completely wrong, and it does not document properly, thus creating a problem with plagiarism. I did read it but did not mark it because I didn’t see the value”.
